Your responsibility
You are responsible for information you enter, your interpretation of estimates, protecting your device, and securing exported files. Do not rely on Tawba as the sole record of an obligation.
Availability and changes
Features may change. The app is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Core data is local, and Sari3 LLC cannot restore lost or deleted records.
Purchases
Tawba Plus and paid features are not active. If introduced, pricing and subscription terms will appear before confirmation and the app marketplace’s purchase controls will apply.
Marketplace relationship
The app marketplace is not responsible for Tawba’s content, maintenance, support, or claims. The marketplace provider and its subsidiaries may be third-party beneficiaries of the licensed application agreement and may enforce it.
Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tawba is provided “as is.” Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.
